While is took longer than ideal, I left with the right car at the right price and am very satisfied with Mercedes and the sales manager.

The sales persons are great, the finance people have a framework they must stay in but the overall experience leasing a vehicle was good. I am looking forward to seeing how a return leased vehicle works out. Not sure if I will buy. And the CPO is over hyped, but they (MB) try to get you to pay the cost for the CPO. Seems odd to me that I should pay MB to know what they are certifying for an additional year. In addition, with Covid, the unlimited mile in the last year are truly a waste.
These people are the antithesis of the negative stereotypes often associated with car dealers. John, Brian, Kevin, Jodi, Aaron, Rudy, George, plus many unnamed others should each be recognized, monetarily if appropriate, for their outstanding commitment to excellent customer service.
Not impressed with staff overall with the exception of Tom Lee and gentleman who did paperwork. Many did not wear masks. That being said, since their faces were visible, their expressions could have been more welcoming.
