The information requested was provided in a timely manner. I did experience a little miscommunication with the first vehicle that was available for purchase then to find out it was already purchased due to the dealer has several locations and their system was not updated. However, they were able to find the same exact vehicle right away and promised to send me all the accurate details on the purchase. The sales man Thomas Lee was very helpful and he kept me informed and was very professional.

I would appreciate if my advisor was more transparent with how long my oil change would take. He told me an hour to a hour in a half and I ended up waiting in the lobby area for 3 hours. If I would have known that I would have went and got other errands done while my car was being serviced.

Relying on Lyift & Uber is inconvenient. If you keep a car 3 or more hours you should provide a loaner. Basically, I bring my auto in for servicing every 10 to 11 months. I have experienced your Lyft service about 4 times. Only once was it an excellent service; once it was barely satisfactory and twice it was a disaster. on one occasion it was so bad that your service technician was required to dispatch one of your facility drivers in your ne of your Facilty cars to pick me up and return me to your maintenance facility.

Great purchasing experience from the moment i called to inquire about a specific vehicle to the moment i drove off the lot with the car that same day. Jay was such a great salseman. Patient, accomodating and an overall great personality. I definitely recommend this location. Now there are some communication issues with one of the ladies in the service department (Cecilia), she greatly needs an attitude adjustment, but my experience with everyone else has been great.

Customer service rep was fantastic! However my car was delivered to me after service dirty/unwashed with a larger oily footprint on the drivers floormat. I pointed this out to the delivery person and they did offer to rewash but I didn’t have time to wait for second attempt.

Excellent experience appreciated Davie Rose, carefully explained the MB recall, & ordered the parts needed to fix our 2012 Sprinter. He called us to tell us the parts arrived& we scheduled our appointment. We arrived 1hr early as the drive from Davis to Sac., can be unpredictable. A intake customer service to us out of the waiting line & had us park in a safe zone. We signed the paperwork & we’re notified that the vehicle was finished & available for pickup. Just a seamless process for us. Thanks for all who worked on our vehicle.
