In particular MB of Sacramento maintenance service group has been responding rather quickly, and tend to use direct communication with them, which is really convenient to customers without being set around and waiting too long.
In and out within 24 hours, including the overnight tow to their yard. They had my Sprinter figured out and fixed up by lunch time and I made my super tight schedule. Thank you so much everyone for getting me back on the road.
